本文从生产力布局和产业结构性关联的视角着眼,考察了中部6省区域经济的特点、在全国经济发展中的地位与作用,并在此基础上,进一步根据本地区具备的条件和全国发展的需要,提出本地区区域经济发展的目标模式、指导方针和政策建议。文章评析了目前广泛流行的三种区域经济发展战略,指出它们虽各自都有一定的道理,但又都不够准确详备,因而不足为训;主张各区域均应从本地区的实际情况出发,去追求全国生产力最佳布局和全面发展的目标,在充分发挥自身发展潜力的前提下,努力实现各区域经济发展的优势互补。
This paper examines the characteristics of regional economy in the six provinces in the central region from the perspective of productivity distribution and industrial structure.
