武汉大学首次合成的显色剂——3-(4-羧基苯偶氮)-6-(4-乙酰基苯偶氮)-4,5-二羟基-2,7-萘二磺酸,简称对乙酰基偶氮羧-p,已用于稀土元素的光度分析,尚未见到有关用于钍测定的报道。本文拟介绍该显色剂与钍显色反应的最佳条件。在0.1N盐酸介质中,生成蓝色络合物,络合物可稳定12小时。在25ml体积中,1~18μgThO_2符合比尔定律,并由此计算出摩尔吸光系数,e_(710)=2.8×10~5。方法简便、快速,是目前测定微量钍的高灵敏方法。可用于岩矿样品的分析,结果满意。

This article intends to introduce the color reagent and thorium color reaction conditions. In 0.1N hydrochloric acid medium, a blue complex was formed and the complex was stable for 12 hours. In 25ml volume, 1 ~ 18μgThO_2 accorded with Beer’s law and the molar extinction coefficient was calculated, e_ (710) = 2.8 × 10 ~ 5. The method is simple and rapid, which is a highly sensitive method for the determination of trace thorium. Can be used for rock and mine samples analysis, the results are satisfactory.
