目的识别、分析、评价某轧钢厂搬迁扩建项目产生的职业病危害因素,保护劳动者的身体健康。方法采用类比法、检查表法、综合分析法进行评价。结果该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素主要有萤石混合性粉尘、电焊烟尘、其他粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、锰及其化合物、氮氧化物、臭氧、石腊烟、噪声、高温、低温、电磁辐射和紫外辐射。结论该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目可以实施。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the hazard factors of occupational diseases caused by the relocation and expansion project of a rolling mill and to protect the physical health of laborers. Methods Using analogy, checklist method, comprehensive analysis method for evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards that may occur in the production process are fluorite mixed dust, welding dust, other dust, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, manganese and its compounds, nitrogen oxides, ozone, stone smoke, noise, Low temperature, electromagnetic radiation and UV radiation. Conclusion The occupational hazards that the project may produce in the production process can be prevented. From the point of view of occupational health, the project can be implemented.
