郑×,男,74岁。平素体健,嗜好饮酒,无过敏史。因头晕、心慌、胸闷不适半小时,于1990年11月16日晚8时急诊入院。询问病史,三日来因腹泻口服痢特灵治疗,每日服三次,每次0.2克,未佐用其它药物,服药两日后腹泻已基本控制,无不良反应。至第三日晚6时30分服药后1小时饮白酒20毫升,30分钟后即出现上述不适。查体:体温不升,脉搏84次/分,呼吸34次/分,血压10.4/5。3kPa,神志清,颜面灰白,四肢冰冷,呼吸急促,躁动不安。心音低钝,心率84次/分,节律齐,无杂音。双肺未闻及干湿罗音。腹软无压
