中共中央总书记习近平多次强调,各级领导干部要严以修身、严以用权、严以律己,谋事要实、创业要实、做人要实。这是共产党人最基本的政治品格和做人准则,也是党员干部的修身之本、为政之道,成事之要。“三严三实”言简意赅而又内涵深刻,丰富了管党治党的思想理念,为加强党员干部党性修养、深入推进新形势下党的建设提供了重要遵循。为深入推进全面从严治党,党中央决定,2015年在县处级以上领导干部中开展“三严三实”专题教育。
Xi Jinping, CPC Central Committee General Secretary, has repeatedly emphasized that leading cadres at all levels should strictly abide by the principle of using their own power, using self-discipline strictly, seeking truth from facts, starting a business as an undertaking and being a real man. This is the most basic political character of the Communists and the principle of being a man. It is also the basis for self-cultivation of party members and cadres, as well as their own way of governing politics and achievements. “Strictness and Truthfulness ” ’s concise and profound connotation has enriched the ideological concepts of party governing the party and has provided important followings to strengthen the party members’ accomplishment and deepen the party building under the new situation. In order to further promote the full and strict administration of the party, the CPC Central Committee decided that in 2015, the special education of “Three Strictnesses and Three Realizations” will be carried out among the leading cadres at or above the county level.
