应用西安市第四制药厂研制的55％乳果糖糖浆20～30ml,2～3次/d、连用5d治疗40例氨性肝昏迷患者,降低血氨为40/40;受试者粪pH值均降至6以下;7例合并上消化道出血患者尿素氮值均未升高。
