简要分析了浆体输送管道的磨损机制以及材料类型对抗磨损性能的影响,分析得出浆体输送管道的磨损以冲蚀磨损为主,硬度不是影响材料抗冲蚀能力的唯一因素,而在保证一定硬度的前提下,增加材料的塑韧性和微观组织的协调变形能力,有利于增加材料的抗冲蚀能力。磨损试验对比表明,Mn系贝氏体钢具有较好的抗磨损性能,有利于提高浆体输送管道的使用寿命,降低综合成本,具有十分广阔的应用前景。
The wear mechanism of the slurry pipeline and the influence of the material type on the wear resistance were analyzed briefly. It was analyzed that the wear of the slurry pipeline was dominated by erosion and wear, and the hardness was not the only factor that affected the erosion resistance of the material. Under the premise of a certain degree of hardness, the plasticity and toughness of the material and the coordination and deformation ability of the microstructure are increased, which is favorable for increasing the erosion resistance of the material. The comparison of the wear test shows that the Mn-based bainitic steels have good wear resistance, which is beneficial to improve the service life of the slurry conveying pipe and reduce the comprehensive cost, and has a very broad application prospect.
