为研究LDB26履带板用钢的淬透性,采用600MRD型数显洛氏硬度计在距淬火端1.5、3、5、7、9、11、13、15、20 mm的试样表面进行洛氏硬度测试,并用显微镜观察金相显微组织。结果表明,距离水冷端越近,硬度值越大,距离水冷端越远,硬度值越小,所测得的硬度值也均在标准规定的范围之内;试样经过端淬后,水冷端区域为马氏体组织,硬度值最高,到距水冷端约10 mm处则为半马氏体区,表明LDB26履带钢淬透层深度大约为10 mm,具有良好的淬透性。
