单纯症状体征诊断小儿肺炎的敏感性(附520例临床分析)

急性呼吸道感染(ARI)是儿童期常见病,其中肺炎是我国婴幼儿死亡的第一位死因疾病。为使基层医务人员对小儿肺炎作出早期诊断并及时治疗,以降低该病死亡率,卫生部、联合国儿童基金会、联合国人口基金会共同制定的《婴幼儿急性呼吸道感染管理》方案中提出不用听诊器和X线检查,根据单纯症状,体征诊断小儿肺炎的指标,并请各地在使用过程中结合实际情况进行修改。本文通过对我院1989~1992年收治的经胸部X线片证实的520例小儿肺炎呼吸频率、有无胸凹陷,鼻煽及喘鸣等症状体征的分析,探讨用单纯症状体征诊断小儿肺炎的敏感性。 Acute respiratory infection (ARI) is a common childhood disease, of which pneumonia is the first cause of death of infants and young children in our country.
