目的 了解安徽省中学生故意伤害行为状况及其社会心理特征 ,为干预研究提供依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法 ,以无记名方式对安徽省中学生样本人群 12 4 30人进行问卷调查。结果 安徽省中学生各种故意伤害行为报告率在 2 5 %~ 30 4 %并存在性别及年级差异。多因素Logistic回归分析表明 ,制定自杀计划与学习成绩、父亲文化程度、焦虑和抑郁心理症状等社会心理因素相关联。结论 改善教育教养环境和心理健康状况可降低中学生故意伤害行为的危害。
Objective To understand the intentional injury behavior of middle school students in Anhui Province and its social psychological characteristics, and provide the basis for the intervention study. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 12 4 30 sample population of secondary school students in Anhui Province by secret mail. Results The reported rates of all kinds of intentional injuries among secondary school students in Anhui Province ranged from 25% to 30 4% with gender and grade differences. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that suicide planning was associated with psychosocial factors such as academic performance, father’s education, anxiety and depression symptoms. Conclusion Improving educational environment and mental health can reduce the harm of secondary school students’ intentional injury.
