我们曾报导过旋光性取代苯亚甲基-α-苯乙胺与钯(Ⅱ)形成螯合物的研究。本文报导二氯-二(取代苯甲基-α-苯乙胺)合钯(Ⅱ)的合成和性质。 以酒石酸作为析解剂对外消旋α-苯乙胺析解,得到旋光纯度较高的(R)和(S)-α-苯乙胺,旋光度分别为[α]_D~(25)=39.7°和[α]_D~(25)=40.3°,合成了相应旋光性Schiff碱(表一)
We have reported the formation of chelates of optically active substituted benzylidene-α-phenylethylamine with palladium (Ⅱ). This paper reports the synthesis and properties of dichloro-bis (substituted benzyl-α-phenylethylamine) palladium (Ⅱ). (R) and (S) -α-phenethylamine with high optical purity were obtained by the racemization of rac-α-phenylethylamine with tartaric acid as a resolvent. The optical rotations were [α] 39.7 ° and [α] _D ~ (25) = 40.3 °, the corresponding optically active Schiff bases were synthesized (Table 1)
