目前,正在全面贯彻JB179—83《渐开线圆柱齿轮精度》标准,由于“设计齿形”和“变位齿轮”的广泛应用,统一的标准量柱(球)直径往往不能满足齿厚精确测量的要求,一般需要解超越方程求出齿轮的理想测量圆直径。本文介绍在不解超越方程而求出中圆为理想测量圆时,量柱(球)直径和跨测k齿的量柱(球)距及其极限偏差的方法。另外,介绍采用定值量柱(球)时,不解超越方程,计算跨k齿量柱(球)距的简便而适用的方法。
