艾滋病初筛实验室需严格安全操作措施对实验室环境和物品进行消毒,达到保护实验室工作人中的目的。HIV 对含氯消毒剂敏感。在多数的含氯消毒剂中,市售较多的有次氯酸钠、二氯异氰尿酸钠、三氯异氰尿酸钠等。“科的牌消毒杀菌剂”是以二氯异氰尿酸钠和三氯异氰尿酸钠组成的复配物,实验发现,其溶解性高,稳定性好,消毒效果好,对人体无刺激,对仪器设备无腐蚀,用于艾滋病仞筛实验室环境和物品的消毒较为理想。
