论文采用预置粉末激光点焊技术,将金属粉末覆盖到基体与金属丝上,通过激光加热金属粉末,利用热传导实现粉末,焊丝,基体三者的互熔和冶金结合。使用这种新的焊接方法,实现对9μm金属丝的焊接,并且还减少焊接中的断丝现象,大大提高成品率。
The paper adopts pre-set laser spot welding technology to cover the matrix and the metal wire with metal powder. The metal powder is heated by the laser and the mutual melting and metallurgical bonding of powder, welding wire and matrix are realized by heat conduction. Using this new welding method, the welding of 9μm wire is realized, and the broken wire in welding is also reduced, which greatly improves the yield.
