目前,赣州市劳动和社会保障局、赣州高级技工学校在全省职业教育工作会议上双双被评为全省职业教育工作先进单位,3人被评为先进个人。近年来,我市技工教育蓬勃发展,成为职业培训教育事业的主力军。赣州高级技工学校先后为社会培养输送了各类高、中级技术工人3万余名,成为我市技工教育的骨干基地、职业培训的旗舰;各类社会培训机构发展到108家,累计培训91956人次;就业训练势头强劲,组织就业和再就业培训56157人次,免费组织下岗职工培训23900人次,通过培训,有35117人实现了再就业,组织创业培训3116人次,有1568人成功实现了自主创业或自谋职业;职业技能培训和鉴定工作健康发展,全市有国家职
