为保障中俄原油管道安全运行,分别从清管方式、清管器运行速度、清管周期、管道有效直径计算、清管质量控制措施、清管器跟踪和清管安全措施等方面,深入研究了中国和俄罗斯管道清管技术标准的差异。阐述了俄罗斯管道清管技术标准的先进性,包括清管装置和清管方式多样化、基于输送效率进行周期性清管和紧急清管、设定清管器监测点位置和划定清管作业危险区域等。最后,针对借鉴俄罗斯标准,提高我国原油管道运行标准水平以加强标准制修订工作,提出了建议。(表1,图1,参17)
