洪灾关系到人民生命财产的安全和四个现代化建设的大局,今年又是建国35周年,因此,做好今年的防汛工作,具有十分重要的意义。为做好松辽流域今年的防汛准备工作,松辽水利委员会主任陈明致、总工程师蔡为武等12名同志于5月17日至6月12日,分别会同辽、吉、黑三省水利(水龟)厅,对辽宁省(?)窝、柴河两座水库和辽河干流河道;吉林省石头口门、新立城两座水库和伊通河长春市城区段;黑龙江省龙凤山水库和松花江肇东段及哈尔滨段进行了汛前安全检查。
Floods are related to the safety of people’s lives and property and the overall situation of the four modernizations. This year is the 35th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Therefore, it is of great significance to do a good job in flood control work for this year. In order to make the flood prevention preparations for this year’s Songliao River Basin, Chen Mingzhi, director of Songliao Water Conservancy Commission, and Cai Wewu, chief engineer, comrades from 12 May to 12 June, respectively, together with the water conservancy (water turtles) Hall, two reservoirs of Liaoning Province (?) Nest, Chaihe and the Liaohe River mainstream; Jilin Province, Stone mouth, Xinli Cheng two reservoirs and the Ichang River Changchun City section; Longfengshan reservoir in Heilongjiang Province and the Songhua River Zhaodong section And Harbin section conducted a pre-flood security inspection.
