本文报道香菇菌多糖对实验性肝损伤的保护作用。此药能明显降低CCl_4、硫代乙酰胺和强的松龙等化学物质损伤肝脏引起的SGPT升高;能拮抗CCl_4肝损伤小鼠的肝糖元含量降低;并能使正常小鼠肝匀浆细胞色素P-450含量显著增加。小鼠腹腔注射LD_(50)±95%可信限为601.17±43.56mg/kg。
This article reports the protective effect of mushroom polysaccharides on experimental liver injury.
