在我国城市现代化的进程中,不同社会阶层居住分异现象愈演愈烈,已经给社会和谐带来一系列的问题。对此,本文从寻找能解决该问题的有效方法为出发点,在查阅有关资料以及对不同社会阶层居住分异的表现进行具体探讨的基础上,深入分析土地和住房商品化,各种住房政策的实施,居民收入差距的日益扩大等现象,对不同社会阶层居住分异的各种原因进行梳理,希望能早日解决该现象,为促进社会的和谐发展增添动力。
