现今的初中教学对考试要求越来越高,教师的压力越来越大。一方面学校和家长对教学质量的要求越来越高,另一方面社会也要求提高素质教育,提升学生的综合能力。在课堂教学上,越来越重视以学生为主体的课堂探究式教学,还课堂给学生,让学生成为课堂的真正的主人,教师应该起到引导的作用。这样的要求从课改开始已经提了好多年,但是在应试的压力下总体上还是存在
Today’s junior high school teaching is increasingly demanding on exams and the pressure on teachers is getting bigger and bigger. On the one hand, schools and parents are demanding higher and higher quality of teaching. On the other hand, the community also demands that quality education should be improved to enhance students’ comprehensive ability. In classroom teaching, more and more emphasis is put on students’ inquiry-based teaching in the classroom. Students are also given classes to make students become the real masters of the classroom. Teachers should play a guiding role. Such requirements from the beginning of curriculum has been mentioned for many years, but under the pressure of examinations in general still exist
