在热动力厂中,能源的利用程度一般都是以热平衡为基础来进行热效率分析。一个循环的热效率,它反映了参加循环的各个组成部分对能源的有效利用程度。因而它是评价设备循环过程的合理性、设备制造工艺及结构等的一个重要方法。在设备改造,提高能源利用价值方面,不但要对设备构造进行热效率比较,而且还要对能源本身质量进行分析,这样就会从那些影响能源品质较大的过程或热力设备着手,寻求合理的过程和热力设备及原材料,达到事半功倍的效果。
In thermal power plants, the degree of energy utilization is generally based on thermal equilibrium for thermal efficiency analysis. The thermal efficiency of a cycle, which reflects the extent to which energy is effectively used by the various components participating in the cycle. Therefore, it is an important method to evaluate the rationality of equipment cycle process, equipment manufacturing process and structure. In the transformation of equipment and improving the value of energy use, not only should the thermal efficiency of the equipment structure be compared, but also the quality of the energy itself should be analyzed. This will lead to a reasonable process from those processes or thermal equipment that affect the quality of energy. With thermal equipment and raw materials, it can achieve a multiplier effect.
