1临床资料孕妇,20岁,孕23周,孕1产0。平素体健,月经周期规则,无家族史,否认有放射线及化学药物和农药、毒物接触史,否认有病毒感染史。来我院常规孕期保健彩超检查,超声发现:羊水过少,单下肢。急转余姚人民医院,人民医院超声所见:宫内见一胎儿,臀位,双顶径50mm,股骨长35mm,胎心搏动规则。胎盘位于子宫后壁,成熟度0级,羊水指数40mm。彩色多普勒示脐动脉血流图S/
