江西省高安市农业银行把反腐倡廉同信贷工作有机结合起来,坚持“扶优限劣”的原则.对吃喝成风、非生产开支较大的企业贷款亮起了“红灯”.该行在今年信贷工作中做出新规定:发现企业吃喝严重的,一律停止贷款;对吃喝频繁的,责令限期整改;同时严禁信贷人员到任何企业用餐和收受礼品及有价证券.今年以来,先后有7家吃喝成风的企业申请贷款被拒之门外.
