结核病依然是对人类健康具有极大威胁的传染性疾病之一,而结核分枝杆菌能在巨噬细胞内长期存活是其引起结核病的主要因素之一。近年研究发现,结核分枝杆菌小分子热休克蛋白Hsp16.3是在结核分枝杆菌进入宿主巨噬细胞后大量表达的一个存在于膜上的主要抗原蛋白。由于结核分枝杆菌小分子热休克蛋白Hsp16.3在结核分枝杆菌潜伏于宿主巨噬细胞过程中扮演的重要角色,其已经越来越受到人们的关注。
Tuberculosis is still one of the infectious diseases that pose a great threat to human health. Mycobacterium tuberculosis, one of the main causes of tuberculosis, is the long-term survival of M. tuberculosis in macrophages. In recent years, it has been found that the Mycobacterium tuberculosis small molecule heat shock protein Hsp16.3 is a major antigenic protein that is abundantly expressed in Mycobacterium tuberculosis after it enters host macrophages. Due to the important role played by Mycobacterium tuberculosis heat shock protein Hsp16.3 in the latent incubation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in host macrophages, it has attracted more and more attention.
