2013年12月27日,从中石化巴陵石化公司传出消息,由该公司和上海石化研究院、上海工程有限公司及华东理工大学实施的12万吨/年节能型苯乙烯成套技术开发项目,已于2013年12月10日通过中石化组织的技术鉴定。该项目应用的第二代节能型苯乙烯技术具有创新性和自主知识产权,已申请17项发明专利,其中11项已获授权。装置标定及工业运行结果表明,苯乙烯纯度99.94%,乙苯单耗1.058吨/吨苯乙烯;与常规工艺流程相比,每小时节省蒸汽16.6吨、节省循环
On December 27, 2013, it was reported from Sinopec Baling Petrochemical Company that the 120,000 tons / year energy-saving styrene complete technology development project implemented by the company, Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute, Shanghai Engineering Co., Ltd. and East China University of Science and Technology, On December 10, 2013, it passed the technical appraisal of Sinopec Group. The second generation of energy-saving styrene technology used in this project has innovative and independent intellectual property rights, has applied for 17 invention patents, of which 11 have been authorized. The results of calibration and industrial operation show that the purity of styrene is 99.94% and the consumption of ethylbenzene is 1.058 tons / tonne of styrene. Compared with the conventional process, steam is saved by 16.6 tons per hour, saving the circulation
