在以硫酸镍、次亚磷酸钠为主盐的酸性化学镀液中加入氧化铝微粒,通过共沉积获取了在基材表面呈弥散分布的NiPAl2O3复合镀层的最佳工艺参数,并讨论了各参数与性能、成分之间的关系。采用光度法分析了镀层成分,其中w(Al2O3)为9%~10%,w(P)为8%~11%;采用X射线衍射仪测定了镀层的结构为非晶态。该镀层经400℃热处理后,维氏硬度值最高可达1182,比NiP镀层在该温度下的维氏硬度提高了15%;磨损实验证实了该温度下耐磨性能提高了40%,耐蚀性也得到提高。
