本文在分析民主方式与集中方式产生的图书馆先进可能造成不公正的基础上,系统地阐发了作者运用枚举考核方式管理图书馆的思想。
Based on the analysis of the possible unfairness caused by the democratic way and centralized way of library, this article systematically expounds the author’s thought of using enumeration and examination to manage the library.
