美托洛尔(Metoprolol)是临床上治疗高血压、心绞痛及心肌梗塞的首选药物之一。在研制美托洛尔注射液的过程中,我们发现活性炭对该注射液的含量及PH值均有明显的影响,为了探讨活性炭用量与美托洛尔注射液的含量及PH值的关系,我们做了以下实验。一、仪器与试剂 美托洛尔酒石酸盐(山东华鲁制药厂,批号:95032);活性炭(上海活性炭厂),uv—2000双光束紫外分光光度计(日本岛津),PHS—25型酸度计(上海雷磁仪器厂)。
