近日，中共河南省委组织部召开了中青年干部健康成长座谈会，９名中青年领导干部汇报交流了在实践中学习、提高自身素质、做好工作所取得的成果。中共河南省委组织部副部长王笑南参加会议并讲话。 中央决定抓紧培养选拔年轻干部，并作为我们党适应新形势、迎接新挑战的战略大计。这对于年轻干部来说，有了一个锻炼自我的机会，但同时也对中青年干部提出了更高的要求。因为选拔年轻干部，不是简单地干部年龄的年轻化，而是党的建设和事业发展需要一支高素质的干部队伍。近年来。河南省委组织部狠抓对中青年干部的学习培养。针对如何加强干部学习，全面提高素质，促使中青年干部健康成长，组织部采取了一系列措施，这次中青年干部健康成长座谈会即是其中之一。来自全省不同岗位的中青年干部在会上交流汇报了自己的学习成果和体会，会议生动活泼，别开生面。现将会议部分发言摘发如下：
Recently, the organizing committee of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee convened a forum on the healthy growth of young and middle-aged cadres.
