2012年2月26日,澳大利亚最大的煤层气生产公司Origin能源公司称,澳大利亚太平洋液化天然气(APLNG)项目的探明和概算煤层气储量已增加到12万亿立方英尺。据称,APLNG项目还可能拥有15万亿立方英尺潜在煤层气储量,比2011年6月底的估计数增加了5万亿立方英尺。APLNG项目的总施工量迄今已完成12%,这个项目的第一条LNG生产线预计将在2015年年中投产,而第2条LNG生产线将在2016年初投产。
On February 26, 2012, Australia’s largest coalbed methane producer, Origin Energy, said the proven and estimated reserves of the Australian Pacific LNG (APLNG) project have increased to 12 trillion cubic feet. Allegedly, the APLNG project may also have 15 trillion cubic feet of potential CBM reserves, an increase of 5 trillion cubic feet from the estimate at the end of June 2011. The total construction volume of the APLNG project has so far been completed at 12%. The first LNG production line of this project is expected to be put into operation in mid-2015, while the second LNG production line will be put into operation in early 2016.
