在建筑工程中,以往一般厂房钢结构采用钢柱钢屋架形式较为普遍,但门式刚架尤其是格构式门式刚架的作用未被发掘和重视。1978年五冶、十三冶等单位在宝钢建设食堂、仓库等大型临时设施工程中,试用了15m和18m跨钢门式刚架,1981年我们在建造一批临时设备仓库时,经过方案比较又采用了18m跨格构式钢门式刚架。格构式门式刚架比普通柱子、屋架的结构自重要轻,当柱距6m、跨度18m时,前者(包括柱子) 每榀仅重1008kg,后者为1450kg,前者比后者可降低用钢量25%左右。在计入基础因素在内时,钢格构式门架比同跨等高的钢筋混凝土门式刚架的造价要低。由于刚架从檐头至屋顶的内部空间可以
