在当前的发电权交易中,过度依靠对发电权出(受)让方的电站运行状态疏于了解的第三方交易机构作为信息沟通的媒介,导致了信息不对称进而影响发电权交易的顺利进行。为此,基于利益相关者理论,设计了一种能够体现不同发电权交易商利益需求的发电权交易模式,界定了交易各方的职权及交易实施顺序,利用动态博弈解决了信息不对称问题。基于扩大交易范围和统一成交价格的视角,提出了一种追求双方利益最大化并能维持长期博弈均衡的竞价策略。实证结果表明,该发电权交易模式及其竞价策略可以有效促进发电权交易商之间长期有效合作,提高了总社会效用,节约运行成本和减小能源消耗。
In the current transaction of power generation rights, excessive reliance on the third-party transaction agencies that neglect the operation status of the power generation plants by the parties makes the medium for information communication, resulting in asymmetric information and thus affecting the smooth progress of power generation transactions . Therefore, based on the theory of stakeholder, this paper designs a transaction mode of power generation rights that can reflect the interests of different power generation traders, defines the functions and powers of the parties involved in the transaction and the sequence of transaction implementation, and solves the problem of information asymmetry by using dynamic game theory. Based on the perspective of expanding the scope of transactions and the uniform transaction price, a bidding strategy is proposed to pursue the maximization of the interests of both parties and to maintain long-term game equilibrium. The empirical results show that the transaction pattern of power generation rights and its bidding strategy can effectively promote the long-term effective cooperation among power generation rights dealers, increase the total social utility, save operating costs and reduce energy consumption.
