On September 21, 2012, the opening ceremony of the Ninth China-ASEAN Agricultural Exhibition and the second high-quality fruit promotion was held in Nanning, Guangxi. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region deputy party secretary attended the opening ceremony; members of the Ministry of Agriculture Zhu Baocheng, discipline inspection team leader, Vice Chairman Chen Zhangliang delivered speeches at the ceremony; autonomous region director of Agriculture Zhang Mingpei and some ASEAN agricultural officials attended the ceremony.
