随着我国经济的不断发展,建筑工程项目逐渐成为促进我国经济建设和发展的重要组成部分,建筑工程项目管理工作已经成为影响我国建筑行业发展的重要问题。所以本文对建筑工程项目管理工作现状进行了分析,并针对相应的问题提出了有效对策,希望对促进我国建筑行业的发展具有参考价值。
With the continuous development of economy in our country, the construction project has gradually become an important part of promoting the economic construction and development in our country. The construction project management has become an important issue affecting the development of the construction industry in our country. Therefore, this article analyzes the current situation of construction project management, and puts forward effective countermeasures for the corresponding problems, hoping to promote the development of China’s construction industry with reference value.
