第六届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第七次会议通过的《中华人民共和国药品管理法》由李先念主席发布命令公布,将于1985年7月1日正式施行。这是我国药学事业的重要立法,为广大人民群众用药安全有效提供了法律依据。毒剧中成药是《药品管理法》中规定为特殊管理的“毒性药品”之一。为了宣传贯彻《药品管理法》特对毒剧中成药的品种及药政管理提出一些看法。
The “People’s Republic of China Drug Administration Law” passed by the Standing Committee of the Sixth National People’s Congress at its seventh meeting was promulgated by Chairman Li Xiannian and will be formally implemented on July 1, 1985. This is an important legislation for the pharmaceutical industry in China, which provides a legal basis for safe and effective drug use by the general public. Poison medicated Chinese medicines are one of the “toxic drugs” specified in the “Drug Administration Law.” In order to publicize and implement the “Drug Administration Law”, it puts forward some views on the varieties and drug administration of the Chinese medicines of poisonous dramas.
