现代企业的竞争力越来越多地体现在企业人力资源竞争上,提高员工素质是提升企业竞争力的关键手段,杭州经济技术开发区拥有丰富企业资源,面对众多的企业生产效益问题,如何有效开展员工培训显得尤为重要。基于有效培训的重要性,分析杭州经济技术开发区企业培训所存在的问题,同时对如何有效开展企业员工培训提出建议。
