我院ICU病房2013年1月~2015年12月共收治气管插管患者732例,其中经口气管插管720例,经鼻气管插管12例。发生意外拔管19例,均为经口气管插管。现将我院ICU护理工作中的非计划性拔(脱)气管插管的原因分析及对策总结如下。1临床资料2013年1月~2015年12月我院ICU病房共收治气管插管患者732例,置管时间为5天~1个月,发生意外拔管19例,年龄34~91岁,平均50.7岁,19例患者均行呼吸机辅助
