目的:分析“以器官学为中心”基础医学课程改革对高职护生的教学效果。方法:采用调查问卷、随机测验方式,数据中计数资料用频数、百分数来描述,计量资料用均数±标准差描述;组间各条目的比较用卡方检验进行分析。结果“以器官为中心”的基础医学课程重置的教学效果并不明显,只是内容在与临床结合紧密程度、学生掌握局部系统知识方面明显优于“以学科为中心”传统课程设置教学。结论:“以器官为中心”基础医学课程改革的教学效果还需进一步证实,同时还需在教学内容选取、教学方式以及学科之间的衔接等方面改革和完善。
Objective: To analyze the teaching effect of the reform of basic medical courses on nursing students in higher vocational schools. Methods: Using questionnaire, random test method, the data in the count data with the frequency, percentage to describe the measurement data using mean ± standard deviation description; comparison of the items between the groups were analyzed by chi-square test. Results The teaching effect of “organ-centered” replacement of basic medical courses is not obvious, but the contents are closely related to clinical practice and the students are better than the “discipline-centered” traditional curriculum in mastering local system knowledge Set up teaching. CONCLUSION: The teaching effect of “organ-centered” basic medical curriculum reform needs to be further confirmed. At the same time, it is necessary to reform and perfect the teaching content selection, teaching methods and the interface between disciplines.
