目的分析1起由加湿器污染引起的车间空气污染事件。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对某公司2016年1月16日集中出现发热、胸闷和咳嗽的32例病例进行调查,对其生产车间进行现场职业卫生调查,并对病例鼻咽拭子样品、血样以及加湿器水样进行实验室检测。结果该生产车间于2015年12月新装2台工业用加湿器,随上下班时间开启和关闭。2016年1月2日因有3名作业工人出现胸闷症状,停用2周,于1月16日8:30重新启用,当日9:00左右,陆续有32例病例出现不适症状,发病高峰期出现于1月16日13:00~15:00,主要临床表现为发热、胸闷胸痛和咳嗽等。实验室检测结果显示,加湿器水箱水样品中检出蜡样芽胞杆菌。结论该事件为1起蜡样芽孢杆菌等病原微生物污染加湿器水箱和管路,并通过水雾引起车间内作业工人发病的车间空气污染事件。
Objective To analyze a workshop air pollution incident caused by humidifier pollution. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted to investigate 32 cases of fever, chest tightness and cough on January 16, 2016 in a certain company. On-site occupational health survey was conducted on its production workshop. Samples of nasopharyngeal swabs, blood samples As well as humidifier water samples for laboratory testing. Results The workshop was newly installed with 2 industrial humidifiers in December 2015 and was opened and closed during business hours. January 2, 2016 due to chest tightness symptoms occurred in 3 workers, disabled for 2 weeks, re-opened at 8:30 on January 16, around 9:00 the same day, one after another 32 cases of discomfort, the peak incidence Appeared on January 16 13: 00 ~ 15: 00, the main clinical manifestations of fever, chest tightness and chest pain and cough. Laboratory tests showed that Bacillus cereus was detected in water samples of humidifier tanks. Conclusions The incident was caused by a contamination of the humidifier tanks and piping with pathogenic microorganisms such as Bacillus cereus and the air pollution incident at the shop floor where workers in the workshop were exposed to water mist.
