中美学校组织和管理方面的不同,折射出中美学校领导和教师教育理念的差异。作为校长,要深刻领会美国先进的教育思想,加深对教育本质的理解,推动学校更快更好地发展。此次参观学习时间虽然有限,但对我们的思想碰撞却很强烈。尤其是教师与学生的地位关系问题,长期以来一直处于不断的争执之中,一会儿提出教师为中心,一会儿提出学生为中心,后来又提出学生为主体,教师为主导,或学生、教师都为主体,即双主体。此次赴美培训,也让我们深刻感受到美国学校“学生第一”的理念,值得我们学习。
The differences in the organization and management of schools in China and the United States reflect the differences between the concepts of leadership and teacher education in schools in China and the United States. The training in the United States also made us feel deeply that the concept of “school first” in American schools deserves our study.
