文化党政建设是决定一个集体单元全面发展的最持久因素,卫生监督机构作为中国公共卫生服务体系主要组成部分,它集中了政府文化、执法文化、服务文化、技术文化、军事文化等多种文化特征。文章通过剖析卫生监督文化的内涵,解析其现实意义,尝试探讨太原市卫生监督执法机构文化建设在思想、制度、人本、环境、行为、传统文化熏陶等方面的高效、可行的方法。
Cultural party and government construction is the most enduring factor in determining the overall development of a collective unit. As the main component of China’s public health service system, the health supervision agency concentrates various cultures such as government culture, law enforcement culture, service culture, technology culture and military culture feature. By analyzing the connotation of health supervision culture and analyzing its practical significance, the article attempts to explore the effective and feasible methods of culture construction of health supervision and law enforcement agencies in Taiyuan in terms of ideology, system, humanism, environment, behavior and traditional culture.
