教育是一门科学,但它更是一门艺术,是在教育教学过程中不断总结和逐步形成的艺术。最近写的几篇读后感,让我感受颇多。《做最好的老师》、《做不抱怨的老师》、《赏识你的学生》、《好老师是自己找的》等,这些书都主张我们教师在平时的教学中,创设平等、民主、和谐的教育氛围;放下自己的架子,让爱心成为照耀学生心灵的阳光;尊重孩子的天性,静下心来,挖掘孩子身上的每一个闪光点。因为他们需要老师的关心和认可,需要
Education is a science, but it is even more an art. It is an art that is constantly being summarized and gradually formed in education and teaching.
