上海浦东供排水建设工程有限公司运用快速固化聚氨酯喷涂内衬技术,使用HB169涂料为内衬材料,成功实施了上海市浦东新区由由新村给水管道的修复改造。给水管道聚氨酯喷涂内衬系统是非开挖修复技术的一种,运用3M的169HB液体涂料,在原给水管道中喷涂。使管道内部呈现半结构性聚氨酯涂层,即在原来给水管道中形成一层光滑干净,无缝隙的内衬,可以有效的抑制管道内部污垢积聚,保持水管内水流通畅,如同在原给水管道内重新排设了一根新的管道,从而达到修复改造原给水管道的目的。
