随着我国经济社会转型的不断深入,国有企业内部改革不断深化,特别是在长庆油田公司步入“创和谐典范、建西部大庆”新阶段后,如何创新企业党员教育的工作载体,落实科学发展观,更好地发挥党组织和党员在企业发展中的推动促进作用,成为油田企业党建工作的又一重要课题。长庆油田第四采油厂结合自身党员教育现状,就创新党员教育工作载体的时代要求及发展趋势进行了研究和探讨。
With the continuous deepening of China’s economic and social transformation, the internal reform of state-owned enterprises has been deepening. In particular, after Changqing Oilfield Company stepped into a new stage of “creating a harmonious model and building the western part of Daqing,” how to innovate the working carrier of party member education, Implementing the scientific concept of development and giving better play to the role of party organizations and party members in promoting the development of enterprises have become another important issue for party building in oilfield enterprises. The Fourth Oil Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield, combined with the current situation of education of its own party members, conducted a study and discussion on the requirements of the times and the development trend of innovative party members’ educational work carriers.
