在连续几年担任初三政治教学的工作中,与同行一起研讨时,发现面临相同的问题在复习阶段,学生的学习积极性不高,分析问题、解决问题的能力欠缺,导致学生的成绩不理想。本人通过不断思考与借鉴,发现,复习课之所以低效,根本原因在于教师的教学观念陈旧,依然用传统的方式复习。在传统的复习模式下,学生总是在被动、被迫强记、机械模仿的操作中学习,学生学习的积极性肯定低,也很难内化知识,这必然导致学生的知识迁移能力弱、分析问题、解决问题能力差。
