农村小规模学校区域教研活动的实践探索
【摘 要】教研能作为提高教育水平，推动教师获得专业化进步的一个关键方式，对农村小规模学校来说，因师资力量较为匮乏以及相关条件较为不足等，所以会导致教研活动未能顺利进行。而在此状况下，则要探索出新的教研活动方式，如区域教研活动，以此更好地保障教研活动的不断发展。

Practical Exploration of Regional Teaching and Research Activities in Rural Small-scale schools

【Abstract】Teaching and research can be used as a key way to improve the level of education and promote the professionalization of teachers. For small-scale rural schools， the lack of teachers and related conditions will cause the teaching and research activities to fail to proceed smoothly. In this situation， it is necessary to explore new methods of teaching and research activities， such as regional teaching and research activities， so as to better ensure the continuous development of teaching and research activities.

對农村小规模学校来说，若能充分开展区域教研活动，则十分利于解决农村小规模学校教研活动开展期间较为受限的状况，保证教研活动的开展效果。
