一系列C_u-Z_n合金放入密封的坩埚中进行渗硅,坩埚内的粉末包括70ωt%si,28ωt%Al_2O_3和2ωt%NH_4Cl,坩埚加热到1050℃保持5小时并慢冷至室温后,此时发现了一些极不寻常的显微组织,它呈现出锯齿形薄层的网状物,式样经X光衍射法,测出有α,β,γ和一个未决定的相,又用电子显微分析测试样成分,用扫描电镜观察其显微结构细节,又用扫描透射电镜研究特异结构微细部分。本文研究目的是测定合金会出现什么棚及产生“特异结构”的机理。
