从20世纪90年代开始,医院药学不仅在内涵与定位方面已发生了根本转变,而且其服务内容与组织形式发生了变化,因此我国医院药学及时调整观念和工作模式,既是配合当前医疗改革的大势所趋,也是学科发展的内在需要。为此笔者就现阶段我国医院药学存在若干问题作初步探讨,提出如下建议:
Since 1990s, hospital pharmacy has undergone fundamental changes not only in terms of connotation and positioning, but also its service contents and organizational forms have changed. Therefore, the timely adjustment of pharmacy concepts and working models in hospitals in our country is not only in line with the current trend of medical reform , But also the inner needs of the discipline development. To this end the author at this stage there are some problems in the hospital pharmacy for a preliminary discussion, made the following recommendations:
