目的:了解妇女常见病的患病情况,了解影响患病的生物、心理、社会等方面的因素,探讨在医疗卫生体制改革时期,不同医疗保障体系与妇女生殖健康的关系,寻找促进妇女生殖健康的措施,为政府决策部门提供科学依据。方法:对2009年1月-2011年12月来原阳县中医院查体的女职工进行《妇女常见病发生情况调查问卷》,根据调查结果进行汇总分析。结果与结论:2009-2012年妇女常见病发病率上升的原因为城市人口的增加、传统性行为和观念的变化、错误的就医行为等,应采取有针对性的干预措施,降低妇女常见病发生率。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the prevalence of common diseases in women, to understand the biological, psychological and social factors that affect them, and to explore the relationship between different medical security systems and women’s reproductive health during the reform of the medical and health system and to find ways to promote women’s reproductive health Measures for the government decision-making departments to provide a scientific basis. Methods: From January 2009 to December 2011, Yuanyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine conducted a questionnaire on the occurrence of common diseases of women, and conducted a summary analysis based on the survey results. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The incidence of common diseases among women increased from 2009 to 2012 due to the increase of urban population, the change of traditional behavior and concept, wrong medical treatment and so on. Therefore, targeted interventions should be taken to reduce the occurrence of common diseases among women rate.
