人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（ｈＧＭ－ＣＳＦ）在调节机体的重要功能中有重要作用，其基因表达受一系列正、负调控元件及多种转录因子的调控，它的５’侧翼区及３’侧翼区对其表达有重要作用。基因的表达水平受转录及转录后调控，且显示有组织特异性。
